What is the process to order?

If you haven't filled out a form at the show, please send us a message.

*PLEASE* include:

Breed, Show and Date, Win, Judge, Handler if needed - you know who you and your dog are, we might now :)


When can I expect my photos?

  • Picked and Paid win photos are delivered first. They will be uploaded to a private album and password-protected. You will be sent an email with link and password once your final image is ready.
  • Prepaid Win Proofs are delivered next.
  • Forms filled without picked photos or payment are next.
  • Email requests are done in chronoligical order.

We work on everything in chronological order of the above to ensure smoother delivery.


When will you post candid photos?

We will only publish the album as a whole to minimize inquiries asking why only some images are posted. Candid photos need careful proofing, therefore they will be sorted, edited, and uploaded after all current win photo orders are completed. When the link to that show is active, they're done.


Do you do judge insertions?

We prefer not to. Many judges have expressed a dislike for being put into a photo they did not stand for, but we understand they are not always available. It bottlenecks turnaround time and doubles the workload; however ...


  • Judge inserts from the same session (Judge with proper ribbons, leaves and we try again right then and there) are free.


  • Judge insertions that are needed because someone doesn't want to wait, or missed the judge, can only occur if we have a photo of that judge, with those ribbons and in a very similar setup. There is a $15 fee for this.


  • Free judge insertions for missed judges are added in a banner which is very aesthetically pleasing and not a floating head. Again, however, this is ONLY if this judge has come to our booth.


We do proper inserts, not quick copy and paste crops with remnants and poor editing. MAKE SURE you let your judge (Or the steward) know you want a photo with them


Do you mail prints?

We ask that you pick up your prints at the show. We do not print on the last day of the show - many tend to leave and forget, and printing is very costly.


Mailing is EXPENSIVE. Canada Post charges upwards of $30 for a proper hard mailer, and just like your CKC certificates, 99.9% of the time, it'll end up bent. We do not print and re-mail prints damaged by Canada Post. If it is absolutely necessary to mail a print, we can - but be forewarned, it's not cheap.


Please remember, WincOnline (Wendy) and CDF (Publication) are separate from FurEver Framed.

If you need a CDF ad, it needs to go through CDF (Jeannette). Any ad design OUTSIDE of CDF, is done by Wendy through WincOnline. All Official win photos, and candid photo requests at shows where we are the Official Show Photographer, can be made here.
